INEST HOMES

Residency & Citizenship

Property can be more than a home or an investment — it can become part of an immigration strategy. We first determine the goal and legal grounds, and only then select the right property.

Residency & Citizenship

Sometimes a client is not looking for an apartment.

They are looking for the possibility of living in another country. Travelling more freely. Moving their family. Creating a second home. Obtaining residency or, where the country’s legislation allows it, citizenship.

In that case, property becomes only one part of a much bigger objective.

At INEST HOMES, we begin not with a property catalogue, but with the client’s goal and the current legal framework.

Our specialists and lawyers analyse the situation, explain the available options and requirements, verify whether a particular property qualifies for the relevant programme, and support the process from the purchase through to the preparation of subsequent documentation.

We check the property’s value and legal status, the seller’s or developer’s documents, contracts, payments and title registration. When the purchase is connected to residency or citizenship, those requirements are considered before the deposit is paid.

That distinction matters.

Because buying a good property and buying a property that solves a specific immigration objective are not always the same thing.

Our work continues after the transaction: document preparation, translations, notarial and administrative procedures, coordination with lawyers and further support within the applicable legal framework.

Laws change. Programme requirements change too.

That is why we do not sell the promise of “a passport with an apartment.”

First, we establish what is legally possible. Then we build the route. Only after that do we select a property that genuinely fits it.
