From the first request to the agreement

Your request
Tell us about the property and add a few photos. It takes a few minutes and commits you to nothing.

Review
A manager reads the request, contacts you the way you prefer and asks what is still missing.

Verification
Before we take a property on, we check it, the ownership, the terms of our work and any permits required.

Agreement
Once everything is clear, we agree the terms in writing. Only then does the property go into our work.
Principles
What we hold to
More than twelve years in Turkish real estate. Our office is in Antalya; the company is led by Inna Danilova, a lawyer with twenty years of practice.
Owners only
We accept requests from owners or their authorised representatives. This is not a board for listings by third parties.
Nothing is published automatically
Your request is seen only by our team. A property appears on the site only after the agreement, and only with your consent.
Documents later, and securely
Do not attach title deeds or passports to this form. A manager asks for them separately, through a protected channel.
