INEST LABTools for people choosing propertyProperty is chosen by its specifications. The decision is made a little differently.
Here we collect small tools that help you think a choice through before you sign a contract.
01 / Decision
Three properties.
One choice.
If you have narrowed the choice down to two or three options but keep going back to each of them, try not to compare the specifications again. Answer 10 questions.
02 / Memory
The doubt
passport
Keep not just the property, but what is holding you back about it. Mark your doubts on any listing page; here they come together, so you can see what keeps repeating from one option to the next.
03 / Argument
Challenge
my choice
Almost decided? Show us the property you are leaning towards — an INEST listing, one from your selection or a link from any other site. We will argue with your choice, to test how well it really fits.
04 / Space
Try an
Interior
See the space differently. Upload a photo of a room and try a new interior without changing its architecture.
05 / Dialogue
Ask
INEST
Ask about the properties, places and services INEST HOMES publishes. The answer comes only from the live catalogue and INEST’s own texts, each fact with its source.
Why choosing gets hard when every option is good
When two or three good options are left, the choice rarely gets stuck on numbers. Size, floor, distance to the sea have all been compared. The difference between the properties becomes small, and the cost of a mistake feels large.
Comparing the specifications once more usually stops helping at this point: one option wins on one thing, another on something else. A spreadsheet does not answer the question that is actually still open — how you intend to live in, let or own this place.
The first INEST LAB exercise moves the choice away from specifications and towards your own priorities. Ten questions show which option your answers keep returning to, where they contradict each other, and what is still missing for a decision.
The result is a starting point for a conversation, not a verdict. A final decision still needs legal, technical and financial verification: documents and the title deed (Tapu), the condition of the building, the costs of ownership.
The exercise does not determine the “right” property. It helps you see what matters to you.
