We speak to every applicant ourselves and introduce only those who suit the property and the terms.

We prepare the tenancy with you so that both sides understand their rights and obligations.

Long term only
For now we take on long-term lets only. We do not accept short-term or holiday lets.
How it works
From the first request to the agreement

Your request
Tell us about the property and add a few photos. It takes a few minutes and commits you to nothing.

Review
A manager reads the request, contacts you the way you prefer and asks what is still missing.

Verification
Before we take a property on, we check it, the ownership, the terms of our work and any permits required.

Agreement
Once everything is clear, we agree the terms in writing. Only then does the property go into our work.
