The Taurus Mountains Instead of Skyscrapers

Some homes look out onto the building next door. Here, they put the Taurus Mountains opposite instead. This completed residential complex is located in Hurma — a greener, quieter part of Konyaaltı where the city gradually gives way to the mountains. It is still Antalya, with all the infrastructure of everyday life, but visually and emotionally it feels quite different. The project is already complete. No renderings of a future swimming pool. No promises of “delivery in two years”. No need to imagine what the surroundings might eventually look like. You can visit, walk through the residence, choose an apartment and know exactly what you are buying. Several layouts are available. The 1+1 apartments of approximately 54–55 m² offer a compact option for permanent living, holidays or rental. The 2+1 penthouses of approximately 140 m² introduce an entirely different sense of space. And the 3+1 penthouses of approximately 160 m² are for those who still want the convenience of apartment living — but no longer want to count every square metre. At the heart of the residence is an infinity pool, complemented by a separate children’s pool. Landscaped green areas, indoor parking, two elevators and carefully designed communal spaces complete the project. The sea and Konyaaltı beaches are approximately 3 km away. But perhaps the most distinctive feature here is not the pool at all. Hurma sits close to the foothills of the Taurus Mountains, so the mountains are not simply a decorative line somewhere on the horizon. They become part of the everyday landscape. And there is no need to choose between nature and the city. Shops, cafés, schools, transport and everything required for daily life are already around you. This is property without the waiting period. The building is finished. The grounds exist. You can see the pool. The view from the window is real too. All that remains is to choose the apartment. The Taurus Mountains have already been chosen for you.
