Sea-View Villas in Skroponeria — Eligible for Greece’s Golden Visa

An intimate collection of five villas in coastal Skroponeria, approximately 100 metres from the sea. Peaceful natural surroundings and views across the Euboean Gulf create a setting for a slower pace of life, with seaside walks, breakfast on the terrace and evenings outdoors. The project qualifies for Greece’s Golden Visa programme. A villa purchase can form the basis of a residence permit application. The selected property’s compliance with the programme requirements is checked before the purchase. Each villa is arranged over two residential levels and includes three bedrooms. The lower level features an open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Upstairs are the third bedroom, an additional sitting area, a bathroom and access to a spacious terrace. Outdoor spaces extend the living areas, providing more room to relax in the fresh air. Every villa offers sea views. A fireplace in the living room adds comfort beyond the summer season. Air conditioning for all rooms, an oven, a hob and a kitchen extractor hood are included in the price. A private swimming pool can be added for €20,000 and is not included in the standard specification. Property management is offered without a management fee for the first three years. The scope of services and operating expenses are specified in the management agreement. Handover is scheduled within two years of signing the contract. The development is suited to buyers seeking a seaside home for family holidays or seasonal stays while considering a purchase under the Golden Visa programme. Three bedrooms provide space for family and guests, while separate areas across two levels help maintain privacy.
