One of Altıntaş’s defining advantages is its proximity to Antalya International Airport. This is particularly convenient for owners who travel to Türkiye regularly, use their property seasonally or consider it for rental purposes.

Altıntaş is not a beachfront district. The coast and beaches are towards Lara and eastern Antalya. If walking to the sea is essential, other areas may suit you better. Here, buyers choose contemporary residential projects rather than proximity to the beach.

Only a few years ago, Altıntaş rarely appeared on the radar of property buyers in Antalya. Today, it is one of the city’s most actively developing residential districts.

Altıntaş is located between Antalya Airport and Lara. The coast is not within walking distance, so choosing this district purely for beach access would miss the point. Its strengths are different: new housing, contemporary residential concepts, convenient connections to key parts of the city and the opportunity to buy at different stages of development.

At the same time, Altıntaş is still a district in progress.

New residences stand alongside construction sites, infrastructure is evolving with the neighbourhood, and one part of the area can feel very different from another.
